HR management on EmployDB is funded by DAXTOP as part of its business platform: well-managed teams stay in the ecosystem, and employees gain portable verified history. There is no credit card required and nothing that expires.
What exactly does the free plan include?
The complete HR management platform: employee profiles, departments and positions, promotions and transfers, training and certifications, awards, private HR records, document storage with evidence, the full audit trail, and automatic DAXTOP product integration. Every record your team creates already counts as verified employment history for your employees.
When do I need Premium?
When you want to participate in the verification network as a hiring company: Premium adds recruiter verification requests, employee sharing controls with access logs, advanced HR analytics, API integrations, the AI-powered HR assistant, and compliance tools. Employees never pay anything on any plan.
How is Premium priced?
Premium is priced per company based on team size and the modules you need — contact sales@daxtop.com or use the contact page and we will prepare a quote. Existing DAXTOP business customers can bundle Premium with their platform subscription.
Do employees or recruiters pay anything?
Employees never pay — viewing your own records, disputing them, approving or revoking recruiter access, and exporting your complete history are free on every plan, permanently. Recruiters use the network through their company's Premium plan; there is no per-request fee.
What happens if we stop paying for Premium?
Your HR management keeps working — it is free and does not depend on Premium. Verified records already issued remain valid and stay with your employees; only the Premium capabilities (recruiter requests, analytics, API access) pause until the plan is reactivated. Nothing is deleted.
Is there special pricing for DAXTOP customers?
Yes. Businesses already running on the DAXTOP platform can bundle EmployDB Premium with their existing subscription — one invoice, one account, and automatic employer verification. Mention your DAXTOP product when you contact sales.
