Every message is read by a person on the EmployDB team — there is no ticket bot in front of us — and choosing the right address below gets you an answer fastest.

Before you write — quick answers

• Forgot your password? Reset it yourself from the sign-in page — no support request needed. One DAXTOP account works across daxtop.com, daxtop.app, and employdb.com.
• Employee who cannot see records? Your records appear once your employer enables HR management — ask your HR team whether the company has activated EmployDB.
• Recruiter who wants candidate access? Verification requests require a registered company with a Premium plan — see pricing and how the network works.

Support

For product questions, account issues, and help with HR records: support@employdb.com. Include your company name and, if the question concerns a specific record, the approximate date it was issued — that lets us trace it in the audit log immediately. We answer support requests within one business day, and disputes about verified records are always routed to a person, never resolved automatically.

Sales & Premium plans

For Premium pricing, recruiter verification access, API integrations, and volume quotes: sales@daxtop.com. Tell us your team size and which modules you are interested in, and we will prepare a tailored quote. Existing DAXTOP business customers can bundle Premium with their platform subscription.

Company verification review

Companies registered through DAXTOP products are verified automatically. If you registered directly on employdb.com and are awaiting verification, or want to submit documents for review, write to support@employdb.com with your business registration details. Verification is required before a company can issue verified employment records to the network.

Partnerships & media

For partnership proposals, integrations with HR or recruiting tools, and media or brand questions, write to sales@daxtop.com with a short description of your organization and what you have in mind — the DAXTOP partnerships team reviews every proposal and responds within a few business days.

Privacy requests

For data access, export, correction, or deletion requests under applicable privacy law: privacy@daxtop.com. Employees can also export their complete verified record directly from their account at any time — no request needed.

DAXTOP customers

If your business runs on the DAXTOP platform, you can also reach us through the existing support channels on daxtop.com customer support — the same team supports EmployDB, and your DAXTOP account identifies your company automatically. Support is available in English, Russian, and Armenian across chat, email, and phone, and Premium customers get a dedicated contact for onboarding.
