✦ Employee-Controlled Verification

The verified employment network

Replace resumes, phone calls, and background checks with verified facts — controlled entirely by the employee.

How access works

There is no candidate database to browse. Access exists only when an employee grants it — a four-step flow that puts the person whose history it is in charge of every step, from the first request to the moment access expires.

Request

A recruiter at a registered company requests access to a candidate by email, naming exactly which scopes they need.

Notify

The employee sees the request in their EmployDB account — who is asking, and for what.

Approve or deny

The employee approves (choosing scopes), denies, or ignores. Nothing is shared until they approve.

Temporary, logged access

Access expires after 30 days, can be revoked instantly, and every single view is logged and visible to the employee.

What recruiters can — and can never — see

The boundary is drawn in the data model itself: shareable facts on one side, private HR data on the other, and no mechanism that can move anything across.

Shareable (with approval)

Employment dates · positions held · promotions · verified certifications · completed training · awards and achievements · employment status. All issued by verified employers.

Never shareable

Salary and compensation · disciplinary records · medical information · personal documents · internal HR notes. These are structurally excluded from the network — no scope exists for them.

No browsing

There is no search over people. A recruiter without an approved request sees nothing at all.

No opinions

“Lazy”, “bad attitude”, “difficult” — impossible to store. The platform only accepts structured factual events, which protects employers legally and employees personally.

Verified issuers

Records carry a verified flag only when issued by a verified employer, preventing fake companies from fabricating history.

History preserved

Leaving a company ends the employment record — it never deletes it. Verified history belongs to the employee.

Why verified employment history matters

Hiring today runs on unverifiable claims — the network replaces them with facts.

For employees

Your work history is your professional capital, but today it lives in resumes nobody can check and reference calls you never hear. On the verified employment network, every promotion, certification, and completed training is a fact issued by a verified employer — portable, permanent, and shared only on your terms. Your history stays yours even after you leave a company.

For employers and recruiters

Reference checks are slow, inconsistent, and legally risky. A verification request on EmployDB returns exactly what a verified employer recorded — employment dates, positions, promotions, training, awards — with the candidate's explicit consent already attached. No phone tag, no hearsay, no liability for opinions, because opinions cannot exist on the platform.

For the DAXTOP ecosystem

EmployDB is operated by DAXTOP as the HR backbone of its business platform: companies running DAXTOP products are verified employers automatically, and their day-to-day HR work becomes verified history for every employee — no extra process, no separate system.

Verified facts. Employee-controlled privacy.

That is the entire principle of the network — employers issue facts, employees control access, and recruiters get answers they can actually trust.
